Basic Sanskrit Asana names and meanings.
Yoga Alliance Code of Conduct.
DATES/SCHEDULE
We will meet for 2 consecutive weekends, and have every 3rd weekend off. (This is the format until the end of June, then its modified thereafter) The course will be completed within 7 months.
5 hrs per day.
